Applicability of Policy
Usage of the OHDEE Exchange Portal or initiating exchange/return requests binds users to this policy.
Terms may be updated periodically, so users are advised to review the policy before making any requests to ensure they understand the current conditions.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- In the case of a defective or damaged parcel/product:
- If the package is defective or damaged upon delivery, reject the delivery and immediately contact support to initiate the return process.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be notified on your registered email, and our logistics partner will pick up the item within 24-48 hours.
Reverse Pickup Policy
- A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If the pickup fails, the user will be required to self-ship the items back to our registered address at their own expense.
- Reverse pickup availability is subject to your area pin code.
Quality Check
- A quality check will be performed before initiating any exchanges.
- Exchanges are processed only after the item passes the quality check.
Exchange Policy
- The exchanged product will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the approval date, depending on stock availability.
- If the required size of the exchange is out of stock, users will be offered a refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on OHDEE.IN.
- Exchanged products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged again.
- It is advised to refer to the size chart before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.
Refunds
- Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only.
- Purchases made using store credit are final and non-returnable.
- Store credit will be shared within 3 days after the approval of the return or exchange.
- Only in case of damaged goods recieved one will be eligible for refund in the original payment form
Order Cancellations

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Order cannot be cancelled once fulfilled.
- Customers who have previously rejected a COD order will not be eligible for future COD purchases. Please ensure to confirm your order before placing it.

Prepaid Orders:
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or promotional products, custom items, personal care items, are non-returnable.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
Items must meet the following criteria:
- The items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and string intact.
- The items should be free from stains, odors, scratches, or tampering.
- If the item was purchased as a set, the entire set must be returned together.
- Returns are only valid for the original order and cannot be applied to items purchased from a different order.
- Items failing the above conditions will not qualify for return or exchange.
