If you're unable to receive the order on the first attempt, don't worry—our courier partner will try to contact you and attempt delivery up to two more times based on your availability.If all delivery attempts fail and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it upon request. Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, OHDEE is not responsible for lost,damaged or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier upon delivery.

No, there are absolutely no hidden costs. All prices include applicable taxes and duties, so you’ll only pay what you see at checkout. No surprises, just what you see.
At the moment, we only offer shipping within India. However, we’re working on expanding our services, and international shipping will be available soon.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take a bit longer. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped, so you can stay updated on its delivery status.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us.
In such cases, since we also incur the cost of the return shipment, any subsequent attempts to re-deliver the product or reinitiation of the delivery process will incur additional charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you miss the return pickup, our courier partner will make another attempt. However, if multiple attempts are missed and the return is not completed, you will need to arrange the return yourself at your own cost.
