How do I create an account? +

Click on the account icon in the top right of the navigation bar. Enter your email address, and a login code will be sent to your email. Use that code to securely access your account—no password needed.

I didn’t receive the login code. What should I do? +

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If the code not there, refresh/wait a minute and try again to login.

Can I change my registered email address? +

Since we use a one-time login code sent to your email, your registered email cannot be changed. If you'd like to use a new email, you can sign up again with it — but please note, you won’t have access to past order details linked to your previous email.

How can I delete my account? +

If you wish to permanently delete your account and data, email us at contact@ohdee.in with your request. We’ll process it within 7 business days.

How do I know my order was placed successfully? +

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order ID and details. You’ll also receive another email when your order is out for shipping with our delivery partner, along with tracking information.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also use the "Track Order" option in the bottom bar of our mobile site—just enter your shipment details to view the status.

What if my order is not yet delivered? +

If you're unable to receive the order on the first attempt, don't worry—our courier partner will try to contact you and attempt delivery up to two more times based on your availability.If all delivery attempts fail and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it upon request. However, additional shipping charges will apply for the second dispatch.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? +

Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, OHDEE is not responsible for lost,damaged or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier upon delivery.

What should I do if my parcel/product is damaged upon delivery? +

If the package is defective or damaged upon delivery, please reject the delivery and immediately contact our support team to initiate the return process. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Is it safe to use NetBanking, UPI, Cards to make a payment? +

All credit card, debit card, and net banking transactions are securely encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +

Yes, we offer COD across India.

Why is COD not available for my order? +

The COD option may not be available due to the following reasons:

  • COD is not available for your postal code(Try entering a different delivery address where COD is supported).
  • You have previously rejected or not accepted a COD order. In such cases, COD is disabled for all future orders.

You can still place your order using secure payment options like:

  1. Debit/Credit Card
  2. UPI
  3. Net Banking
What if the payment fails? +

If your payment fails, please retry and ensure the following:

  • The account details, billing address, and (if applicable) Net Banking password are correct.
  • Your internet connection was stable during the transaction.

If your account is debited despite the failed payment, the amount is usually refunded to your bank within 10 business days.

Are there any hidden costs? +

No, there are absolutely no hidden costs. All prices include applicable taxes and duties, so you’ll only pay what you see at checkout. No surprises, just what you see.

Do you ship internationally? +

At the moment, we only offer shipping within India. However, we’re working on expanding our services, and international shipping will be available soon.

How long does delivery take? +

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take a bit longer. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped, so you can stay updated on its delivery status.

What if I miss my order delivery? +

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us.

In such cases, since we also incur the cost of the return shipment, any subsequent attempts to re-deliver the product or reinitiation of the delivery process will incur additional charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

What if I miss my return pickup? +

If you miss the return pickup, our courier partner will make another attempt. However, if multiple attempts are missed and the return is not completed, you will need to arrange the return yourself at your own cost.

Can I cancel my order after placing it? +
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled.
  • If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, the customer will be blacklisted and will no longer be eligible for COD on future orders.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Can I redirect my order to a different address after placing it? +

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed or redirected. Please double-check your address details before confirming your order.

Do you offer refunds? +

Refunds are offered in form of Credit Note only.

Please note:

  • Credit Notes are valid for one-time use within 3 months of issue.
  • The full amount must be used in a single purchase, any remaining balance will not carry forward.
  • Orders placed using a credit note are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure you're happy with your selection before completing the purchase.



What are the conditions for returning or exchanging an item? +

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and strings intact.
  • The item should be free from stains, odors, scratches, or tampering.
  • If the item was purchased as part of a set, the entire set must be returned together.
  • Returns are only valid for the original order and cannot be applied to items purchased from a different order.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return or exchange.
Can I exchange a product after purchase? +

Only size exchanges are allowed if the wrong size was ordered, but only for the same product.

Please make sure to refer to the size chart before making a purchase to ensure you select the right size.

What happens if the size I want to exchange for is out of stock? +

If the size you're looking to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on OHDEE.IN.

Please note:

Once a product is exchanged, it is final. The exchanged product cannot be re-exchanged or refunded. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart and product details before making your purchase or exchange to ensure satisfaction.

Can I exchange an order placed with a credit note? +

Orders placed using a credit note are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
